Where does your vine wood come from?

From vineyards in Occitanie, after vine pruning (cuttings, ceps and stumps). It is naturally sun-dried, with no chemical treatment.

What bag formats do you offer?

Two formats: 40L vine wood bag (cuttings, ceps, stumps — 4 to 7 kg, 5 to 10 uses) and 40L oak wood bag for pizza oven and barbecue.

Cuttings, ceps or stumps — what's the difference?

Cuttings are the year's young shoots (fast lighting). Ceps and stumps are the older, denser vine bases (sustained heat). Our 40L bags blend all three for a balanced light-up / heat profile in barbecues, braziers or planchas.

What wood for a pizza oven?

Oak wood is the reference for pizza ovens and wood-fired ovens: dry and dense, it burns long with intense, stable heat, perfect for cooking dough. Vine wood, faster to burn, is best for barbecue, brazier or plancha.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, France-wide via Mondial Relay parcel shops. Customers in Hérault (34) can pick up for free at our depot in Tourbes on request.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours. Mondial Relay delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days in mainland France.

Can I use vine wood alone or with charcoal?

Both work. Use vine wood alone for a 100% wood cook, or add it to charcoal to flavor the embers.
